Aiushtha the Enchantress is a ranged intelligence hero that is often used as a jungler, but can also bring quite a bit to the table because of the fact that she is very flexible in nature. (No pun intended!)

Her first ability Untouchable is a passive skill that will make enemies think twice before attacking you. When attacked, the enemy’s attack speed will be reduced by 80% for 3 seconds. Also, anytime Enchantress is targeted with a single-target spell, the same negative buff will be applied.

Her second ability Enchant is basically two spells in one and is what really makes Enchantress such a great jungler. When used on a creep, you will convert the creep for 80 seconds, which you can pretty much use like Chen’s Holy Persuasion. If used on an enemy hero, however, you will slow them by 50% for 5.5 seconds, which in combination with your creeps will make ganks a lot more easier.

Her third spell Nature’s Attendants is basically an Area of Effect (AoE) heal. When activated, a swarm of wisps will surround Enchantress and heal for 10 hit-points (hp) per second. At Level 4, you will have 9 of these wisps, which means that you will be getting healed for 90 hp per second for a total of 10 seconds. if you do your math, you will realise that you will be able to heal a unit for 900 hp in 10 seconds, which is insane. Couple that with the fact that you can heal magic immune targets and you have yourself the best heal in the entire game.

Enchantress’s ultimate is named Impetus. It is a toggable ability that will deal extra damage to targets that you auto-attack based on how far the target is. To be more specific, you will deal an extra 25% percent of the distance in damage, which caps out at 625. It costs 65 mana per use and will actually deal pure damage. Keep in mind that the distance measured is when the projectile actually hits, meaning when enemies run away from your auto-attack, they will end up taking that much more damage.

Aghanim’s Scepter works a little bit differently on Enchantress as compared to other heroes. The casting range of Impetus is the only thing that changes, going from 550 to 715, which synergises with the usage in an obvious way.

With one of the best heals in the game at her disposal, Enchantress will be spending much of her time away from the fountain. After getting her basic items, she can pretty much spend most of the game ganking different lanes, aided by both her persuaded creeps, ability to slow enemies an ultimate that deals a sweet amount of damage. It is crucial to make mana-boosting items on her in order to make the most of Impetus.
