United States: The PlayStation Network charts show Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified as the most downloaded game for the month of November with Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation and Persona4 Golden finishing the month behind.

The month of November showed Telltale’s fifth and final episode in The Walking Dead games standing tall at number one in the PlayStation 3 title charts it is now time to take a look at the PlayStation Network’s most downloaded PlayStation Vita games.

In first place is Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified, which should come as no surprise. The hype in North America alone surrounding anything Call of Duty is enough to take any game with the franchise name on its to the top of the charts, as is proven in this particular case.

Players who were expecting a core Call of Duty experience on their Vita have been left greatly disappointed by what many have termed as a disaster of a game. It will be interesting to see whether or not the game remains in the top five spots come next month’s release of the charts.

In second place is the more accepted big franchise’s entry on to the portable platform with Assassin’s Creed III Liberation. Developed by Ubisoft, the game was credited with bringing the experience of the series into portable format. However, there still seems to be some way to go before the Vita versions can make a name for themselves. Though fans seem to be taking to the game and preferring to some of the other games on offer at the moment.

In third place is the PlayStation Vita’s highest rated game to date. Persona4 Golden is a Japanese Role Playing Game and has becoming one of the most popular Vita games out there.

In fourth place comes Ragnarok Odyssey which has been receiving some rather mixed reviews and in fifth place one finds Criterion’s return to the world of adrenaline pumping racing with Need for Speed Most Wanted. The game has been made an example of just how close the portable version of games can be to their console counterparts.

It may not be selling as well as Sony would have hoped but it is slowly growing a solid fan base for itself. We are of course talking about PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale which comes in at number six.

In the next four places are the arcade titles such as When Vikings Attack!, Plants Vs. Zombies and Sine Mora, with LittleBigPlanet on the Vita the only exception to the classification.

That’s it for this month’s look at the chart and with no major releases planned for December it will be interesting to see how this month’s will change the landscape, if it manages to.
