Gamer’s reaction to the newly released EA Sports Bundles which includes Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13, FIFA 13, NCAA Football 13 and Madden 13 is far from positive.

With the holiday season in full swing and consumers looking for value and discounts on their purchases during this time, one has to wonder what EA was thinking when it announced its latest deal.

There are a total of four bundles on offer in the United States via the PlayStation Store. The first bundle sees, what has been hailed, the smoothest and most streamlined golf game on consoles to date with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13.

Compatible with the PlayStation Move and perhaps making the best use of the technology the game complete with the Five Course Pack is available for purchase and download for $59.99, which happens to be the price of a new release. With the likes of Far Cry 3, Hitman Absolution and Assassin’s Creed 3 released, not to mention Halo 4 and Black Ops 2, one has to wonder who EA thought would buy a game, which was released in March, for full price at this time.

Moving on and things don’t seem to get any better with the FIFA Soccer 13 Bonus Edition. Priced at $49.99, the game comes with an additional 2,200 FIFA Points for FIFA Ultimate Team and that’s pretty much it. Nothing else, nada, zero.

Moving on to American Football now and NCAA Football 13 also gets a Bonus Edition, which is also set to disappoint many. With the season drawing to a close one has to wonder who is going to dish out $49.99 for the game that only has the Heisman Bundle to offer.

The final Bundle is for NFL fans as the Madden NFL 13 Bonus Edition comes with the game and the Madden Ultimate Team content pack as well. All for the price of $49.99.

“Our PSN bundles gives you $20 of Draft Duels Packs for use in Madden NFL’s new competitive drafting experience. In Draft Duels, you’ll go head-to-head picking players against an opponent, then battle on the gridiron to win exclusive rewards.”

Do any of the offers interest you or would you rather buy the retail versions when they’re cheaper or wait for the same games to be offered on discounts? Let us know in the comments section below.
