Nintendo Hosts Wii U Experience In Los Angeles

With the European launch of Wii U just around the corner, the level of excitement prevailing in the region is touching new heights.

To further add to the anxiety, Official Nintendo Magazine (ONM) has revealed the 24 titles that Nintendo’s first ever HD console will be launching with in UK on November 30.

The list is a long and juicy one, which is bound to make the gamers looking forward to the console’s launch in the region even more restless.

Here is a complete list of games that will become available in UK on the same day that the first console in the next-generation space hit the shelves in the region:

A quick glance at the aforementioned list is all it takes to get the adrenaline-pumping and mouth salivating.

One thing that is hard to ignore in the list of launch titles is the number of third-party software. With Nintendo relying heavily on its own franchises to get its previous consoles going in the market, the third-party support for Wii U has given it just what it needs to hold its own in a market that has become extremely competitive, especially with the huge install base of PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

A Nintendo console is never complete without the moustached plumber and New Super Mario Bros. U in the launch titles list ensures that fans do not end up feeling as if something really big and important is missing when they visit their nearest retailer to get their hands on the upcoming console.

After the successful launch of Wii U in North America, Nintendo is hoping to make a similar impact in Europe, something that seems quite probable because of the games that it is arriving in the region with.

Consumers in UK will have an option to choose from three Wii U packages. They can either choose to go for a £330 Premium Pack, which will include a 32GB console with a GamePad, Pro Controller and a copy of Ubisoft’s first-person shooter ZombiU, or they can go for a £299 Premium Pack that will be bundled with a copy of Nintendo Land. The third option available to the consumers would be a Basic £248 pack that will not have any game bundled with it.
